delivery return exchange policy


Due to weather delays and holiday volume, processing of returns and exchanges may take up to four weeks at present. We understand your time is valuable and appreciate your patience during this period.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE TIMING

If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from Jewelsbyswami.com or our Client Retail Store, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned order, we will process your refund or exchange within fourteen business days.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES VIA MAIL AND JEWEL BY SWAMI CLIENT RETAIL STORE

If you prefer, you may also process your exchange or refund at a Jewels by Swami retail boutique in the United States. Orders placed through jewelsbyswami.com or the Client Retail Store must be returned or exchanged at respective places as long as the item belongs to a current collection, as we do not exchange discontinued pieces.
To make a return or exchange via mail, please follow the steps below:
  1. Contact our Client Relations team at [email protected] to arrange your return or exchange.
  2. A Jewels by Swami representative will provide you with a unique return authorization number, which you must note on the return form included in your original shipment.
  3. Please refrain from indicating Jewels by Swami or the contents of the package on the outside for security reasons.
  4. Please use the pre-paid FedEx shipping label provided to send back your return or exchange. It is recommended that you keep a record of your return tracking number located on the label.
If you purchased a creation from a Client Retail Store within North America, you may return it for a refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise credits are only available for store orders.

CREATION CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return or exchange, Jewels by Swami creations must be new and unused, in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers attached, and in the original packaging with the warranty and authenticity certificate. The original sales slip must also be included. Jewels by Swami will not accept any returns that show signs of wear, use, or alteration from their original condition.

Please note that engraved, embossed, personalized, special order, or made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
